Advanced Workshop
at the Newtown Athletic Club Yoga Room
Limited to 20 Participants
Advance Registration $25 $35 at the Door if space is available
This workshop is appropriate for Yogi's and Yogini's with at least 100 classes of Practice
We will be exploring advanced Asana's and working in pairs and teams to take pose's further.
Each participant should come prepared with one pose they would like to master and a
willingness to have some fun and explore their boundaries.
